The Sidhe case raises the question, as do many other federal court rulings nationwide. “Literally thousands” have found due process violations in immigration cases, said Andrea Sáenz, a former member of the federal government’s Board of Immigration Appeals and current senior attorney for the New York immigrant advocacy group Co-Counsel NYC.
